Six months into his tenure as CEO, Dr. Hacegaba leads one of the nation's busiest seaports at a pivotal moment — navigating tariff uncertainty, shifting global trade patterns, and a $3.2 billion infrastructure investment program designed to double the Port's capacity by 2050. Earlier this year, he became the only U.S. port executive invited to speak at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and he currently serves as President of the California Association of Port Authorities.
